BEVERLY HILLS HOTEL, DORCHESTER COLLECTION

Clearstone Coating reached out to the Beverly Hills Hotel when they first arrived in the US.  They were cold calling high-end hotels to spread the word about Clearstone.  The cold call came at an opportune time as the hotel was undergoing a large-scale renovation, and part of that renovation was addressing acid-etching and staining issues with their marble furniture. The hotels project director was looking for a long-term solution to protect the hotel’s marble.

The Clearstone team provided the Beverly Hills Hotel with sample works, and was then booked in to complete a 150-room renovation.  Clearstone works were completed between May and July 2015 with resounding results.

Where complaints about the natural stone looking dingy and stained were commonplace, those complaints were no longer a part of customer comments.  The high polish of Clearstone on the natural stone furniture is now a highlight of the guest accommodations at the Beverly Hills Hotel. GRATON RESORT & CASINA – LOBBY & POOLSIDE BAR

Graton Resort & Casino’s engineering department contacted Clearstone regarding a travertine bar and a marble they wanted to have coated with Clearstone.  Both bars were fairly new installations, but had already begun to acid-etch and stain – even before the launch of the new venues.

A team of two Clearstone applicators worked diligently to complete the bars for Graton Resort & Casino in record time.  The 160ft2 marble Lobby Bar and the 150ft2 travertine Poolside Bar were ready for launch.

Clearstone’s high-gloss finish of the Lobby Bar perfectly complements the beautiful surrounds of the hotel’s lobby, and brings out the natural sparkle in the marble.  The honed finish of the Clearstone on the Poolside Bar highlights the earthy tones of travertine bar top.

GREY GOOSE BAR, HYDE LOUNGE, T-MOBILE ARENA

Clearstone was contacted by the team who installed the stunning 90ft2, white carrara marble bar top at the Grey Goose Bar prior to the venue’s hard launch. The team and the owners were concerned about acid-etching and staining with respect to lemons, limes, wine, and other items that would typically damage natural stone. Clearstone completed the project in record time to ensure the bar was protected for the launch, and of course, well into the future with the 10-year manufacturer’s warranty against etching and staining protecting this investment.

HOTEL BEL-AIR, DORCHESTER COLLECTION

Just like its sister property, Beverly Hills Hotel, Hotel Bel-Air was looking for a long term solution to protect their natural stone pieces against acid-etching and staining. Clearstone is currently working on a 100-room renovation at the Hotel Bel-Air.
